By creating an account or using The 19th ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use The 19th. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You retain ownership of content you post on The 19th, including round posts, photos, ratings, comments, and check-ins ("User Content").
By posting User Content, you grant The 19th a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You represent that you have the right to post any content you share and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
You agree not to use The 19th to:
Ratings and condition reports you submit reflect your personal opinion and experience. You agree to provide honest, good-faith assessments. The 19th is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted course information, ratings, or reviews.
You may report users or content that violates these Terms. We will review reports and may take action including content removal, warnings, or account suspension at our discretion.
Blocking a user prevents them from seeing your profile and removes their content from your feed. This action can be reversed at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your profile, posts, and associated data will be permanently removed.
The 19th is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The 19th and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
